Job Applicants

ZingHR uses your personally-identifiable information submitted in our online job application to fill the specific position applied for and other customary Human Resources purposes. Once the position is filled, we shall retain the information submitted for 1 year.

The aforesaid information shall not be released to third parties, except to our service providers in connection with recruitment and employment. Further, to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of your information, we have put in place appropriate procedures to safeguard the information we collect online.

Third Party Disclosure

We will not intentionally sell, share, or otherwise distribute (and shall take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality and security, and to prevent the unauthorized or accidental disclosure of) your Personal Data to third parties except to other ZingHR affiliates that agree to treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. ZingHR’s production operations run on the Secure Encrypted Cloud for its customers, hence making it absolutely secure for critical customer operations.
