We are looking for Payroll Processor with 3 to 8 years’ experience in Indian Payroll processing with Good Understanding of Statutory Compliance on PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity.
Role Payroll Processor
Experience: 3-8 years
Location: Malad (west), Mumbai / Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking for Payroll Processor to manage the payroll processing of clients as per SLA.
- Candidate will be responsible for Payroll processing, Payroll change management - Increments, variable pay, LOP, Deductions etc.
- Candidate must have experience in Income Tax Computation of Individuals. --TDS related.
- Candidate must possess good understanding of Statutory Compliance on PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and Leave Encashment, FNF Processing, taxation, Income tax etc.
- Candidate will be responsible for Process adherence and systemic working.
Skills Required:
- Payroll Processing /Salary structuring.
- Should have experience in Indian Payroll processing
- Knowledge in Perks, Perquisites and LTA
Qualifications:
- Graduation in any specialization with 3+ years of experience in Payroll.
- Good Knowledge in Advance Excel like Vlookup, Pivot, shortcut keys.
(HCM/HRMS Implementation/HR Consulting experience preferred)

· Configure and manage client’s instance on ZingHR Assist and Train clients to do it on their own
· Devise engagement plans that consider customer business goals and map product capabilities to achieve these
goals
· Drive product adoption, increasing overall retention and achieve process success for customers
· Support clients during critical HR events like Appraisal, Increments etc.
· Support clients to resolve queries or bugs, as and when required
· Gather feedback on product experience during the entire customer lifecycle via targeted surveys
· Identify prime targets for up-sell/cross-sell and engage Sales team to execute on those opportunities
· Share best practices with clients on how to achieve product success with ZingHR
· Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate
Requirements:
· MBA/PGDM (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after BE/B.Tech
· 2+ years of experience in HR transformation & change management/HCM implementation and customer management roles / HR consulting roles
· Understanding of Technology systems. HRMS system implementation and understanding would be preferred
· Good in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
· Key behavioural traits: Agility, Analytical, Persistence and Ability to stretch

Job Description
- Manage a large volume of daily outbound interactions with prospective ZingHR customers via phone, email and other media channels. The goal is to raise interest level, qualify, educate and connect them with our sales teams in order to deliver regional revenue targets
- Develop and manage your lead pipeline by assessing, prioritizing and moving a large number of prospective clients simultaneously
- Define and execute on plans and meet and exceed your role-based goals
- Engage with senior managers on our marketing, sales and operations teams to design and execute campaigns.
- Help to continuously improve our internal and external processes
- Use resources effectively, including marketing, pre-sales and sales executives to meet your objectives
- Become an advocate for our brand and an expert in HR domain and HCM.
- Identify customer needs, build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence their views regarding how HR digital transformation enables business strategy.
- You will manage hands-on engagements across all levels, from the C-Suite to the practitioner level and will excel in defining current-state challenges and charting a path towards each organization’s desired future-state.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline status and conduct forecasting exercise
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree desirable.
- A recent graduate or ideally some first experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar role OR equivalent practical experience in other high velocity sales environments. Cloud software sales experience is a plus
- Experience on HCM Platform is a plus
- Fast-learner driven to action, passionate about sales and HCM tools
- Enthusiastic about helping and serving clients, a high level of goal and customer orientation and self-motivation, charming with a friendly persistence, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong team player and collaborator
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced globally-dispersed work environment
- Native level written and oral communication skills in English. Additionally Hindi language is a plus.
