Roles and responsibilities:
- Managing client interactions and deployments.
- Responsible for managing the customer account in terms of SLA delivery
- Client Management, Project Management and People Management
- Project monitoring through effective quality metrics, project plan and report metrics
- Able to moderate customer requirements vis-à-vis product offering
- Able to manage a team of about 8/10 members.
- Follow up with customer delivery schedules.
- Possess strong Project Management, Client Expectation Management, and Internal resource management skills.
- Delivering business-critical projects whilst maintaining high morale, managing the day to day activities in an efficient and professional manner and ensuring all team targets are met.
- Consultative skills
