Roles and responsibilities:

  • Managing client interactions and deployments.
  • Responsible for managing the customer account in terms of SLA delivery
  • Client Management, Project Management and People Management
  • Project monitoring through effective quality metrics, project plan and report metrics
  • Able to moderate customer requirements vis-à-vis product offering
  • Able to manage a team of about 8/10 members.
  • Follow up with customer delivery schedules.
  • Possess strong Project Management, Client Expectation Management, and Internal resource management skills.
  • Delivering business-critical projects whilst maintaining high morale, managing the day to day activities in an efficient and professional manner and ensuring all team targets are met.

Skills Required:

  • Consultative skills 
  • Knowledge of Global HRMS/HCM/HRIS 
  • Understanding of Business operations 
  • Project Management 
  • Excellent Communication, High result Orientation
