Account Manager – Payroll Operations

Ensure adherence to customer SLAs in terms of Timeliness, Accuracy and Confidentiality of the entire Payroll processing including statutory obligations. Contribute in setting and raising service standards by process innovation and improvement Preempt customer issues and take proactive steps to ensure customer delight. Ensures operational efficiencies and work on increasing the operational margins.

Essential Duties and Standards

  • Responsible for overall functioning and quality of service in all areas of operations; monitors performance of Team Leads and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Acts as first compliance officer and is responsible for adherence to rules, regulations and other statutory obligations.
  • Responds to exceptional / specific customer needs and resolution of conflicts to client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for ensuring corrective action against audit reports
  • Responsible for suggesting enhancements to product development team; Ensuring that feasible suggestions are implemented by effective co-ordination with other relevant teams
  • Responsible for bringing about changes in operational procedures to facilitate better control, speedy processing or general efficiency of operations
  • Performs or assigns any other duties necessary related to customer service or to achieve customer satisfaction
